Service description

RoastMyCV provides an AI-powered resume analysis and rewriting tool. The service generates constructive critiques ("roasts") and professionally rewritten resume formats ("fixes") based on user-provided input.

Payment terms

The Full Resume Fix requires a one-time payment of ₹399 or $4.99 USD. As the rewritten resume is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment completion, we offer no refunds once the digital product has been delivered.

Acceptable use

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Upload fake, malicious, or explicit resume content.
• Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or "jailbreak" our AI systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially package the output generated by our platform.

Disclaimer

The feedback and rewrites provided by RoastMyCV are AI-generated. While we strive for high-quality professional output, results may vary. We do not guarantee job offers, interview callbacks, or employment outcomes resulting from the use of our service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of your final resume before submitting it to employers.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all resume content and personal data you upload. We retain all rights, title, and ownership of the RoastMyCV platform, its code, branding, and proprietary AI processing methods.

Limitation of liability

RoastMyCV and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or any employment outcomes.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
